The hotel had excellent facilities and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to Matagorda. The entertainment team, including Inma, Jaqueline, Samuel, Henry.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto del Carmen. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with easy access to the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with three clean and beautiful pools to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had an amazing week at this hotel. The view from our spacious room was breathtaking - right on the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great variety of food available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We especially loved the omelets and fried eggs made to order in the morning. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the location on New Year's Day for Matagorda was perfect, as we were able to explore the area on an electric scooter.
